Llamado a presentación de resúmenes para el Foro de Posgrado de la Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) aquí en Londres. Quienes sean estudiantes de doctorado de geografía o disciplinas adyacentes pueden presentarse (y no es requisito ser miembro de la RGS-IBG).
La fecha límite para presentar un resumen es este viernes 7 de febrero.
El Foro se desarrollará en dos instancias, online el martes 22 de abril, y en persona entre el 23 y 24 de abril. Para quienes quieran presentar online, no hay costo de inscripción - aunque sí deben registrarse.

Dear Postgraduate Geographers,
A reminder that the RGS-IBG Postgraduate Forum is inviting submissions ahead of its Postgraduate Mid-TermConference 2025, which will take place online and in-person at the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) in London between Tuesday 22 April and Thursday 24 April 2025.
Postgraduates wishing to present their research should submit an abstract (max. 2,000 characters) via the submission portal (Google forms) before the extended deadline of Friday 7 February 2025. Research presentations may be on any relevant geographical theme or topic.

What is the Mid-Term?
The Mid-Term Conference is a longstanding feature of the Postgraduate Forum's annual calendar, attracting over 100 postgraduates from across the UK and around the world every year.
The conference affords postgraduates in geography and cognate fields the opportunity to network with peers, develop new insights and present their research in a friendly, constructive, and informal setting.
The 2025 Mid-Term
The 2025 Mid-Term will include an online-only conference held via Zoom on Tuesday 22 April, and an in-person-only conference held at the Society across Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 April.
Postgraduates wishing to present at the Mid-Term are invited to indicate whether they would prefer to present online-only or in-person-only.
Online presentation slots are limited and will be allocated on a competitive basis. Delegates submitting an abstract for an online presentation slot will be invited to indicate whether they would like to be considered for an in-person slot in the event that they are not allocated an online slot.

Participate in the Mid-Term
Postgraduates wishing to present at the Mid-Term should submit an abstract (max 2,000 characters) via the submission portal (Google forms) before the deadline of Friday 7 February 2025.
Online presenters will be required to register to attend the online conference but will not be required to pay to attend. Online-only attendance does not include the option to attend the in-person-only conference.
In-person presenters will be required to register for the Mid-Term and will be required to pay the registration fee of £80, which includes lunch and refreshments on both days. In-person registration includes the option to attend the online-only conference.
